Before you come for me, hear me out. ๐Ÿ˜‚

Having a degree means you've been educated in a particular field.

It doesn't automatically mean you know how to communicate.

It doesn't mean you know how to treat people.

It doesn't mean you know how to handle disagreements.

It doesn't mean you know when to listen instead of speaking.

And it definitely doesn't mean you've stopped learning.

I've met people without fancy degrees who taught me things I couldn't find in a classroom.

And I've met highly educated people who reminded me that knowledge and wisdom are not the same thing.

Education is valuable.

But never let your certificates convince you that you have nothing left to learn.

Stay teachable always.
