I remember seeing the poster at a friend’s place that year. My brother brought home season 5, then we watched season 2, then 6 and 7, then I brought season 1 then years later, I watched the final season 8 (We watched it haphazardly o, in no particular order but we still understood it like that).

I was team Stefan then later I was totally team Damon. We can all agree we hated Elena. Some people will say why? It’s just a character o. You won’t understand our hate till you’ve seen it. Elena just messed these two brothers up. I liked her better with Damon. Stefan had to let him have her. I hated the season where she became a Vampire. I still have the last episode of the final season. It ended beautifully. Stefan dies, Damon becomes human and Elena awoke from her sleeping beauty sleep. Boonie finally rests from all the witchcraft activities she’s been involved in since season one (No one suffered more than her).

The show had a good run (Totally saved us from Twilight)
