Lade’s Soliloquizing

In a world where all I wanted was to be loved and to be happy…

What does this world give you instead?

It hits you hard with criticism, ungratefulness, and unbearable pressure, especially when you’re falling behind. When you don’t measure up to the expectations they’ve set for you.

There are no words of encouragement only words that push you closer to the edge.

And those words never change:

“Look at your mates.”

“You’re nothing but a disappointment.”

What do they expect?

That with these words, I “Lade “should keep striving?

There is nothing more dreadful than existing in this ungrateful world…

These thoughts ran through Lade’s mind as the poison he drank began to take effect.

At the end of the day, Lade became a victim of suicide.

Was he wrong to take his life?

Yes.

But in his eyes, it felt like the only way to end the pain.

Suicide is never the option.

Even when the world is unkind ,there is always hope, always someone willing to listen, always a better tomorrow.
