Khaby Lame, the world’s most-followed TikToker from Senegal 🇸🇳, has sold his main company, Step Distinctive Limited, to Rich Sparkle Holdings in a deal worth $900–$975 million. 

The company now controls his brand, image, partnerships, e-commerce, and AI digital twin for 36 months. 

His 360 million followers are expected to generate over $4 billion in yearly sales. 

In return, Khaby becomes a controlling shareholder, moving from a traditional influencer to an equity-backed creator.
