FINDING CONFIDENCE - 1 year ago

In my early start in tutoring, I had this kid that was brilliant yet shy.
How I knew that she was intelligent is an inner abilities of mine and I wasn't wrong.

Rose was hesitant to participate in class discussions. I never stopped for once to encouraged her to share her thoughts. I knew that was just what she needed and of course time too.

It didn't take long before she begin to share her views, questions and answers in the class. With time Rose's confidence grew.

With a little push and proper guide she joined the debate team and discovered her voice.

Rose's newfound confidence spilled over into other areas. She made new friends and took on leadership roles. Her grades improved, and she began to see herself in a new light.

I heard she graduated best in her secondary school realizing her potential and becoming a confident, capable individual.

Dear, Tutors
Every child needs your little act of kindness in words and in gestures.

To you who's afraid to express yourself in the class, I pray that you find the boldness to.
