Slowing down has been the greatest for my mental health & that’s not to be confused with stopping..

Instead, I’ve still been acting with a sense of urgency, with a deeper focus & intention to the tasks that need to be prioritized, but that’s NOT to be confused with rushing…there’s a difference

Recap: SLOW down, give more focus to one or two things at a time, the absolutes that require urgent attention but DO NOT rush through them..
