Celebrating My Friend, Who Turned Out to Be a Sister

Today, I pause to celebrate a very special person, a friend who, over the years, turned out to be a sister.

Happy birthday to the most adorable soul, who has played a meaningful role in my life.

Your persistence, your endurance, and the knowing what you want, has been a great motivation.  From our days in secondary school up until this very moment, I have not regretted a single day with you. (I hope you remember you bullied me, sha 😂)

Thank you for being unapologetically you. Thank you for the memories we’ve created together, for the laughter, the deep talks, and the moments of “reasonable thinking” even in the midst of jokes🥹.

The only person that will not hesitate to call my surname, even at my father’s house! 😂 I really love you, and you know it.
