For 365 days, I lie that I will start tomorrow, next week, next month and next year. Procrastinating the killer of dreams, silencer of projects. Unless you kill the killer, you won't move with the urgency and speed you need to work with. One lesson I have learnt from successful people around me, and people doing what I aspire to do, is the sense of urgency with which they execute. If it can be done now, just do it. What assurance do you have of a tomorrow that you continue putting off what can be done now? From friends who are getting things done, I have seen them move with this form a urgency. A few months back, I was watching my friend workout and I told him I will start next month. Ladies and gentlemen that next month became 3 months and 3 weeks ago was when I started working out again. Elon Musk for instance, operates a company that moves with speed and perfection. Why this works, the faster you do something, the faster you fail, the faster you fail, the faster you know how to make adjustments. The faster you make adjustments, the more efficient you become. So instead of pushing whatever project you have to start for another day, start now, fail fast, learn fast. The person who moves with a sense of urgency, learns more lessons than someone who thinks they have time. You claim to be a creator, but you have been consuming other people content more than creating. You complain about the type of content that floods the internet. Yet you have refused to create. Itโs not like those who have the audience are better than you. It's not like they are better speakers they just execute more than you. While you're yet to post, they have created 5 contents waiting for your one. So it's not like the game is unfair. You're yet to start putting out enough work to get noticed.
