Last year, at this time, I stood in Ghana πŸ‡¬πŸ‡, amidst a buzz of learning at the Continental Social Media Workshop. It was an eye-opener πŸ”! Social media's vast opportunities for organizational visibility πŸ“ˆ unfolded before me like a map to treasure πŸ—ΊοΈ. I honed my skills crafting engaging content calendars πŸ“† on those platforms for my centre, the Africa Centre of Excellence for Neglected Tropical Diseases and Forensic Biotechnology (ACENTDFB), ABU, Zaria. I'm a communications officer & and mass communications lecturer there.
Takeaways that Changed Narratives:
1. Leveraging social media for visibility.        2.Crafting engaging content calendars. 3.Drafting impactful social media strategies.

Kudos to all facilitators for a successful workshop πŸŽ‰! Sadly, we mourn the loss of one distinguished facilitator, Ms. Dhlamini Nodumo,Director of ICT, Communication, and Knowledge Management, AAU. May her legacy in teaching and learning live on.πŸ™πŸΌ
