The Stone Door

Jack's hand reached out to touch the stone door. It was cool to the touch, and it seemed to radiate an otherworldly energy.

"I don't know if we should open this," Sophia said, her voice laced with trepidation.

But Jack's curiosity was getting the better of him. He pushed on the door, and to his surprise, it swung open easily.

A musty smell wafted out, and Jack covered his nose. Sophia peered inside, her eyes wide with wonder.

"What is this place?" she breathed.

Jack stepped inside, his eyes adjusting to the dim light. They found themselves in a large chamber, the walls lined with ancient artifacts.

There were old maps, dusty tomes, and strange devices that looked like they belonged in a museum.

"Wow," Jack whispered. "This is incredible."

But as they explored the chamber, they stumbled upon a mysterious journal. It belonged to a man named Captain Jameson, and it told a chilling tale.

"Guys, look at this," Sophia said, her voice trembling.

Jack's eyes scanned the pages, and his heart sank. Captain Jameson had been stranded on the island decades ago, and he had uncovered a dark secret.

The island, it seemed, was cursed.
