‎There is no star without a scar, thus the scar of every star is sacrifice.

‎COMMENTARY ✍️

‎The star is an end product everybody admires but few are aware of the processes that made the star a star. There is no star without a star cause the proof of been a genuine star are scars. Scars are receipts of sacrifices that certify and verify one as a star.

‎We all know the movie star Chan Kong Sang popularly known by his stage name "Jackie Chan".  Jackie Chan started acting at age 8 when he joined the China Drama Academy, a Peking Opera school in Honkong. We all also know the prestigious Film Oscar award, Jackie Chan never won the award till 2016 after waiting for 56 years, within those 56 years Jackie Chan broke a lot of bones, had numerous injuries, infact he almost died during the filming of "The Armour of God" (1986), when he fell down from a tree and cracked his skull.During his days at the China Drama Academy, he and his peers were reported to have rehearsed 16 hours a day, 6 days a week, so what made Jackie Chan a star were sacrifices and the proof of those sacrifices are scars. Mama once said "until you get a mark, you will never have a remark"

‎Michael Jackson aka "the king of Pop", American singer, song writer and probably, if not the best dancer ever was said to have rehearsed for "8 - 10" hours daily, he  lost his foot due to intense dance training, the rehearsals were his sacrifice, his foot were his scars but even after his demise, he still remains a star ✨.

‎If we move to the Biblical aspect, Paul the apostle was persecuted severely and severally for the sake of the gospel, he sacrificed his whole life for the gospel, that was his sacrifice, his injuries, his travails and his pains were his scars, today his name has is etched into history and can never be erased, the same goes for our Savior the Lord Jesus Christ.

‎Which sacrifice are you making now, what scars have you accumulated that can guarantee you the position of a star. Until life, sees your sacrifices and the evidence in form of scars, you will never attain the position of a star.
