Senegal’s Sadio Mané was named Player of the Tournament, while Morocco’s Brahim Díaz finished as Top Scorer with five goals and compatriot Yassine Bounou earned Best Goalkeeper honours. Morocco also received the Fair Play Award for their conduct during the competition. 

Nigeria’s Super Eagles dominated several key team metrics, scoring the most goals (14), recording the longest winning streak (five), and posting the highest average possession (66%) despite finishing third overall. Across all matches, the tournament saw 121 goals scored, with standout defensive records shared by Morocco, Comoros, DR Congo, and Senegal. CAF’s released statistics also detailed discipline figures, including a total of 210 yellow cards and 9 reds, underlining the competitive intensity of AFCON 2025.
