LOVE — AN HONEST THOUGHT POURED OUT

Why do things—especially friendships—break apart just before they truly begin?
It’s overwhelming…
Getting to love someone in the warm rush of happiness,
only to discover the feeling isn’t mutual,
or the spark ends too soon.

Love deceives sometimes…
Or maybe people do.

Because love—true love—is not pain.
Love is not bending yourself out of shape just to please someone
who doesn’t appreciate your effort.
Love is not deceit.
Love is not confusion.

Love is calm.
It is joy.
It is inner peace.
It is fulfilment.
It is two hearts aligned, walking in purpose.

Love is not war.
Love is not a hidden battle.
Love is not a wound disguised as affection.
Love is a bed of roses—
Not perfect, but tender.

Love is free.
Unexpected.
Like a thief in the night.

Love is hope—even when things get rough.
Love is strength.
Love is concern.
Love is a little bit of good discomfort—
The kind that grows you, not breaks you.
Love is friendship.
Love is good.
Love is kind.
Love is freedom.

But the world today…
Love now fades like a drop of water that never reached its destination.
Love is used, twisted, replaced with cheap imitations.

And why?

Because so many people come from broken homes—
Homes without expression.
Homes without union.
Homes without communication.
Homes without that touch of peace.
Homes where responsibilities fell apart.
Homes that were never truly home.

How can someone from such shadows recognize true love
when darkness is all they’ve known?
And it gets worse—
We wander around searching for love,
tasting imitation after imitation,
forcing ourselves to accept counterfeit affection.

Then, when true love finally appears,
we miss it.

Because we’ve been deceived so long
that the real thing feels unfamiliar.
It’s better to wait
than to taste too many flavors that confuse your heart,
because indecision can break what you were meant to build.

These are just honest thoughts…
but they’re real.
And they’re yours
