I came across a post on LinkedIn few days ago, and the lady stated something, she said that, for you to know if you're making progress on LinkedIn, you should check out for these three things:

1. Check your algorithm (your post impressions)

2. Check how many times people view your profile.

3. Check how many times your name appears on search result.

I had to take my time to check those things, and I discovered that:

* For my appearance on search result, I'm still coming up.

* For my post impressions Mr. Algorithm hasn't been doing me well, my impressions have been flunctuating, some times it goes up, other times, it goes down again.

* For how many times people view my profile on LinkedIn, it's almost everyday. People come across my post, view my profile, and because they see that I'm giving value, they send connection requests. That alone is a motivation.

So, even if I've not gotten to where I want to be, I'm glad that everyday, people like and comment on my posts, view my profile, and send connection requests to me.
