You see that habit of esteeming one unit in the church more highly than others, you should stop it.
There's no function in the church that is too insignificant or less spiritual from the other.
Those serving in prayer band (intercessory unit) do not occupy a more spiritual post than sanctuary keepers (cleaners); The choir (praise and worship leaders), sound engineers/technicians, media team, and ushers are all equal and co-workers in God's vineyard.
Every unit is important and spiritual in their own unique way. For it is the same Spirit of God that helps us in all of our services, not by might.
We're all vessels in the hand of God. The most important thing is to be a clean vessel God can use. 2Tim 2:19-21
Ushers can still pray for the sick and they get healed, that camera man in the media team can cast out demons too, and the church cleaner can also perform other signs and wonders too.
The fact that people serve in certain units in the church does not make them less spiritual.
Every vessel serve their own purpose regardless of what material it is made of/from. (I'll do a separate post on this paragraph someday).
If any man would serve, he should do so as unto the Lord. For it is God that rewards the faithful works of His servants.
God bless all the church workers out there. Keep doing the Lord's work and God will keep keeping you in His love and light. Amen 🙏🏾
