You know those times when you say you wanna do stuff you planned on doing, there are times you do those things either certainly or uncertainly.
The times you do them uncertainly are times when you do them out of ignorance. The ones that are being done uncertainly are done based on "I'm just gonna do it", "since it's just this little thing, what much does it wanna take from me", "I'll just get it done with a ND move to something more productive"....
Doing things based on JUST, is no difference doing them out of ignorance. You do it unknowingly, it counts, and sometimes it doesn't. When they're done based on JUSTs, you don't count them.

When you did that thing unknowingly, what results did you get??
When you say those words unknowingly, what replies did you get??
When you lifted that thing out of ignorance, how'd you drop it??
