Over the past few weeks, the price of fuel in Nigeria have reduced at a very noticeable rate and yet, commercial drivers have refused to reduce the daily transport fare. They charge the exact amount as before and some of them even add unnecessary addition to it .

Our government are blamed for almost every hardship the citizens face whereas, the citizens themselves are the ones to blame. 

This does not address commercial drivers alone but also market women who are aware of the reduction in price of a product and yet sell it to unsuspecting consumers at the former rate. 

So as everyone involved in business who charge unnecessary amounts for goods or services that should not worth that much. 

Although the government are truly responsible for some hardship we face in this country but it should also be noted that the citizens also play a huge part in it
