Fun how no one turns up for you like family.No matter how rough it gets, the one person you can always rely on is family.

   Its my birthday in a few days and heaven knows what i had in my bank account can't fund a nice birthday celebration.

    I saved up just enough for my birthday celebration earlier but few days ago,I fell ill and hence all my savings was used for my medical bills and now I have nothing left for a celebration.

  My younger sister called me on Saturday morning and asked what my plans were for my birthday.

  “Plans ke!! Kemi there won't be any birthday celebration oo” I replied in a sad tone.

  “I'll call back sis” She replied and ended the call.

   The next morning,my younger sister drove into my compound, came to my room and asked me to get dressed.I wasn't doing anything at home so i quickly put on a dress and went out with her.

  She drove off to a saloon where I got my hair done,did my pedicure and manicure and that wasn't all we went over to Mama's cake and pasteries and got a cake.All this was on my kid sis😊.

  This kind gesture filled my heart with so much warmth and joy.

  Despite our fight and quarrels which is inevitable, the one person I know who would always come through for me is my younger sister.
