I'M BACK!!!

I’M BACK. AND THIS TIME, I’M HERE TO STAY.

A few years ago, I created this little corner of the internet with absolutely no idea where it would take me.

And then… I disappeared. 😂

Life happened. Writing happened. New dreams came along. And somehow, this blog sat quietly in the background while I grew into a completely different version of myself.

But today, I’m bringing it back.

And this time, I have so much to say.

I’m Gabriella Michael, an author, storyteller and screenwriter, and if you’ve been following my journey for a while, you probably know that storytelling has always been a huge part of who I am.

I write because I love creating worlds that don't exist yet. I love giving characters dreams, fears, secrets and stories of their own. I love mythology, fantasy, romance and the kind of stories that stay with you long after you've turned the last page.

Over the past few years, my writing journey has grown in ways I never expected. I've written books, started new projects, explored screenwriting and filmmaking, built my author platform, and continued learning what it truly means to pursue a life built around stories.

And now, I want to document more of that journey.

So welcome to the new chapter of this blog.

Here, I'll be sharing pieces of my writing life, behind the scenes of my books, thoughts about storytelling, book recommendations, lessons I'm learning along the way, writing updates, creative inspiration and little pieces of the person behind the stories.

I'll also be taking you along as I continue building my career as a writer and filmmaker.

Maybe I'll talk about the chapter I'm struggling to write.

Maybe I'll celebrate reaching another writing milestone.

Maybe I'll tell you about a character who has been living rent free in my head for weeks.

Maybe I'll share something I've learned the hard way.

Or maybe I'll simply sit down and write about something that's been on my mind.

Whatever it is, I want this space to feel like a conversation between me and the people who love stories as much as I do.

Because writing can sometimes feel like a very lonely journey.

But it doesn't have to be.

Whether you've been following me for years or this is the first time you've ever come across my name, I'm glad you're here.
