then act surprised
when the rocket answers the sky?

Why call a snake a lizard
then reach for it anyway?
And when it bites
you shout
“Why is it dangerous?”

instead of asking
“Why did I pick it up?”

It’s easy to point fingers
easy to stand tall in your rightness
but that finger curves
quietly
back to you

You never sit
never ask
what your hands did first

Now listen
I am not saying
the snake is innocent
nature is nature
defense is defense

A grass snake may not harm you
so you play with it
bend it
test it

But would you carry a cobra?

Would you hold it gently
without fear tightening your chest
like a nation guarding its freedom?

NO!

Because some things
you respect from a distance

Some things
you do not provoke

And some reactions
are not chaos
