I’m supposed to write about things that happen within the week in the school but I can’t seem to remember anything out of the ordinary.

Oh wait, I just did.

Thursday, we saw it, that thing that makes every student’s heart race a bit.
EXAMS TIMETABLE for 2nd semester on the noticeboard. I didn’t want to check it but curiousity got the better of me. Just what I feared, the big three courses that gave us a hard time came first. (No Joy).💯

Mass communication department is only proactive when it involves exams. Why us Lord?

We haven’t recovered from last semester results that were just pasted on the board a week before. Some people still couldn’t believe it was their results they saw on the board, you would see them checking it every day as if by magic, the grade would change overnight. yeah, if wishes were horses beggars would ride.💯

We had a test this week, Creative Writing . Two texts were given, we were told to read one (I should have read both) because the test covered both texts, you should see the look on our sorry faces. Those who went the extra mile to read both had a nice time, the rest just stared blankly at the question paper as if wishing time would reverse back to some hours ago so they could peruse through the text cause the question was ‘Foreign’ to us. (Yeah, I was one of the sorry people).💔

 I took a wild guess, wrote something that made sense to me and will make sense to the marker (God abeg).

Preparations for exams are going well. I envision much shege to be seen next week and so help me God to pull through in one piece.🙏
